ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Clerk to support the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in its mission to monitor state compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act. Your responsibilities will center on providing remote administrative support to help organize, track, and document the annual compliance review process across all 50 states, five territories, and the District of Columbia.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as managing incoming mail and organizing physical or digital documents
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents
- Maintain tracking systems and filing structures for efficient records management
- Input and retrieve data from databases and online sources
- Generate reports using standard templates or data tools
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings (e.g., scheduling and calendar management)
- Arrange travel in accordance with federal guidelines and track related documentation
- Participate in meetings and document key discussion points and action items
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge of document management
- Knowledge of filing systems and record-tracking tools
- Knowledge of data entry and retrieval from databases, online sources, etc.
- Skill in report generation
- Ability to draft, proofread, and edit written materials
BACKGROUND
- Experience working in administrative support roles required
- Detail oriented and organized
EDUCATION
The ideal candidate must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Associate’s degree and 3 years of relevant administrative experience
- High school diploma and 7 years of relevant administrative experience
