We are seeking a SAP Integration Consultant to support Federal Prison Industries (FPI). In this role, you will provide senior-level Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support by helping manage system configuration, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades and integrations, and work with functional and technical teams to keep FPI’s SAP environment operating effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support SAP ERP configuration, operation, and continuous improvement across key business modules
- Troubleshoot SAP ERP issues and help resolve system and process-related problems
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, patches, testing, and related configuration changes
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to move assigned ERP projects forward
- Assist with SAP integrations, including third-party software and API-connected processes
- Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to junior staff
- Partner with end users and technical personnel to develop and configure ERP solutions
- Recommend system enhancements to improve performance and reliability
- Track project costs and support delivery order and task order budget monitoring
- Help maintain administrative coverage and continuity across ERP support activities
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience with SAP integration options, including third-party software configuration and SAP module configuration
- 2+ years of experience training and transferring knowledge to junior staff
- 1+ year of experience with U.S. Treasury G-Invoicing and SAP API integration
- 2+ years of experience supporting business processes such as supply chain management, materials management, and production planning
- 2+ years of experience coordinating functional and technical team efforts across assigned projects
- 1+ year of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades, including support pack or version updates
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting issues within SAP ERP environments
- 2+ years of experience identifying and recommending system performance improvements
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience and relevant certifications may be accepted in place of a degree
