RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day contract performance in compliance with FRTIB requirements
- Coordinate task execution across position classification, organizational design, and workforce planning support personnel
- Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contract objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team coordination and cross-functional issue resolution
- Track milestones, resolve schedule conflicts, and ensure timely delivery of all required outputs
- Maintain regular communication with FRTIB stakeholders to support transparency and task alignment
- Support contract reporting, documentation, and communication with designated agency representatives
- Ensure all contractor support functions are delivered consistently and professionally
- Identify potential risks to task execution and elevate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Maintain internal tracking tools to monitor performance and support reporting requirements
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Knowledge of federal contract management practices and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of task order administration and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of program coordination across multiple functional areas
- Skilled in overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Skilled in coordinating communication across project staff and agency stakeholders
- Skilled in identifying risks and resolving cross-functional issues
- Skilled in maintaining internal tracking tools and supporting contract reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing or coordinating federal contracts or task orders
- Experience managing human capital projects to include organizational design, workforce analysis, and/or employee classification
- Knowledge of federal HR laws and OPM standards, including Title 5 and workforce planning policy
- Experience supporting multi-functional teams in a federal contracting environment
- Experience with schedule tracking, milestone reporting, or performance documentation
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
